We offer free shipping on some items and flat rate shipping of $5.00 on some orders. If all the items in the order have free shipping then there is no shipping charge for that order. If one item or more in the order requires the flat rate shipping then there is a $5.00 charge to ship that order.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with an order, please contact us to let us know what the problem is. Do not return an item without first obtaining a return number. Returns are not accepted if we have not been notified within 7 days and there is not a valid reason for the return. We do our best to work with our customers to keep our customers happy. If there is a problem with the received merchandise we will send a replacement part or product depending on the situation.
